The Fifth Sunday of Lent22 March at 10am As we come close to the end of Lent, our attention turns to a God who brings life. We confront an emptiness that feel beyond repair, a body exhausted, memories seemingly lost for good. And yet, this is precisely where God chooses to step into our story. This Sunday at St. George's, we are called to understand that God doesn't simply improve what is broken, but He restores it. What is silent is called forth. What is lifeless is filled again with breath. Our hope is not abstract or out of reach. He condescends to us and meets us in our depths. He calls us to trust that no situation, no story, not even death is beyond His healing. Join us this Sunday at 10am for worship, reflection, and conversation, followed by coffee, tea and a little sweet treat.
